Delkosh
For plumbers, sparkies & trades

The call you can't answer still gets answered.

You're under a house, up a ladder, or already on another job. Delkosh picks up, gets the job details, and texts them to you — so the work doesn't go to whoever answered second.

How it works

One code on your phone. That's the whole setup.

You keep your number. You keep answering the calls you want to answer. Delkosh only picks up the ones you don't.

Step 1

Dial one code

We give you a code for your carrier — Telstra, Optus or Vodafone. You dial it once, and unanswered calls divert to your Delkosh number after four rings.

**61*NUMBER**20#
Step 2

It answers as your business

Your business name, your trade, your service area. It asks what the job is, where it is, and how urgent — the same things you'd ask.

Step 3

You get the job, not a voicemail

A text lands with the name, number, address and what's wrong, flagged if it's urgent. Read it between jobs and call back when you're off the tools.

Answers after hours and on weekends

The burst pipe at 9pm on a Sunday is the job worth having. It gets answered.

Picks urgent from can-wait

An active leak or no water gets flagged as urgent. Quotes and general enquiries wait until morning.

Short calls, not interrogations

Suburb, what they need, how urgent — then it lets them go. No forms, no hold music, no reading out a menu.

Every call written down

Full transcript and recording of each call, kept in one place instead of on the back of a docket.

Says it's recorded

Callers are told at the start, every time. No surprises for you or for them.

Works with the phone you have

No new handset, no app to run, no number to change. It's a divert on your existing mobile.

Don't take our word for it. Ring it.

This is a live Delkosh agent, set up for a fictional plumbing business. Call it, describe a job, and read the text it sends through afterwards — that's exactly what you'd get on a job you couldn't answer.

Price

$25 a week flat. Eighty calls a month included.

Two weeks, no card

We set it up with you on a call, you run it for a fortnight, and you decide. If it hasn't caught you a job worth more than it costs, don't keep it.

One flat weekly price

$25 a week covers up to 80 answered calls a month — more than most one-van trades ever miss. Past that it's 40c a call, itemised, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

No lock-in

Cancel whenever you like — dial one code and your phone is back to normal.

Set up for you

We write the greeting, set your service area and test it with you before it goes live. You don't configure anything.

Questions

The things tradies ask first

Does it sound like a robot?

Ring the demo line and judge for yourself. Most callers treat it as a person taking messages. It never pretends to be you, and it tells callers the call is recorded.

What if I want to answer the call?

Answer it. Delkosh only picks up after your phone has rung out — four rings by default, and you can make that longer or shorter. Nothing changes about how your phone works.

What will it actually cost me in a week?

$25 a week, and for most one-van trades that's the whole bill — about the price of a carton. That covers up to 80 answered calls a month. If you're busy enough to go past that, it's 40c for each call after, and every one of them shows on your invoice, so there are no surprises.

Will it work on my carrier?

Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and the smaller networks that run on them all support call diversion. We give you the exact code for yours.

Does it book jobs or quote prices?

No, and it says so on the call. It takes the details and tells the caller you'll ring back — it won't commit you to a time or a price you haven't seen. You decide what the job's worth when you call them back.

How does it know what number to call back?

The one they rang from. It doesn't ask them to read out a number they've already dialled from — that's one more question on every call, and one more thing to get wrong.

What happens to the recordings?

Callers are told the call is recorded. Recordings and transcripts are kept so you can check what was said, and deleted on a schedule. Cancel and we delete yours.

What if I hate it?

Dial one code and the divert is off. Your phone is exactly as it was. During the trial there's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

Stop losing jobs to a voicemail.

Two weeks free, set up in one phone call, and your number stays exactly the same.
